ADELAIDE BAROQUE ACADEMY

Presented in conjunction with the Elder Conservatorium of Music

Adelaide Baroque is committed to providing a pathway for young and emerging Australian musicians to learn the specialist skills of historical performance practice. Following the success of the 2021 Adelaide Baroque Academy, Adelaide Baroque’s core musicians will again be joined by some of the most celebrated Australian baroque performers and teachers for the 2022 Academy, which will take place at the Elder Conservatorium of Music in April.

An intensive and immersive experience from April 4 – 8, the Adelaide Baroque Academy is open to secondary and tertiary students and young professionals. Three public concerts will be presented in Elder Hall throughout the week.

In addition to the concerts, the Adelaide Baroque Academy includes a series of public lectures and masterclasses. Click here to view the full program, and register your attendance via the Elder Conservatorium website.
